ECE Consultants is a proudly New Zealand owned and operated enterprise, providing relievers to the Early Childhood Education community, including visiting teachers for Home Based Care, since 2001. Currently, we are actively operating in the Waikato and Central North Island as well as the Bay of Plenty.

From time to time we provide relievers outside of these areas but only with express consent of the reliever. There would likely be extra costs if the reliever had to travel a significant distance. Provision of relievers in these circumstances is worked out and agreed on a case by case basis. Please call us to discuss in more detail.

We also provide staff to School Holiday Programmes.

All staff are subject to a safety check as per the Vulnerable Children’s Act 2014.

Do you have staff on leave, such as sick or maternity leave, or on ACC, or on training courses? Do you have a gap between staff leaving and new staff starting that needs to be covered? Our mission is to make your life easier as well as give you peace of mind for any reasons for which you may need staff cover. You can book a reliever in advance as well as on the day you need them. A start time of ASAP is also not an unusual request.

Providing great service to our clients and rewarding work experiences to our staff is important to us as we work very hard to have a great working relationship with both our Centres and our Relievers. We see ourselves as being in a partnership with the Centres we work with as well as the relievers we employ.
