Qualified and Registered Teachers are required to provide

  • A Certified  copy of their ECE Level 7 qualification
  • A Certified  copy of their Current Registration card
  • A copy of their First Aid Certificate
  • New copies of items 2 and 3 above must be supplied when they are renewed.

    • Download: Save or print the files so that you can fill out a hard copy and post it to us.
